September means back to school, and back to school means lots of late nights! Whether you’re staying up to study for a midterm or to party your night away, tired skin is never a cute look. My school days may be behind me, but I still need to combat dull skin for that bright and hydrated complexion. And the Origins GinZing collection is perfect for that! Formulated with coffee beans and panax ginseng, these products help get your tired skin energized in no time.
I was in need of an internet detox so I took some time off the last couple of weeks. With that said, (of course) I didn’t stop trying out new beauty products! Now that I’m back online full-force, I have compiled some beauty favourites that I can’t wait to share with you.
It’s no surprise that pink is one of my favourite colours (duh!) and since it’s National Pink Day today, I thought I’d talk about a mask that I love that is also pink! I’ve been a fan of Origins for a while and even though I haven’t tried too many of their products, I like a lot of their masks and most of them work well with my skin. But this one – the Original Skin Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay ($32) – I think it’s safe to say that it’s my favourite so far!
This radiance-restoring serum ($50) is tailored to people in their 20s to 30s who start to notice that their skin doesn’t recover from stress as easily as it once did, a.k.a. me. On top of getting your glow on, this serum claims to also refine texture, shrink pores, and blur imperfections, giving you fresher, brighter and smoother skin altogether. That’s a lot of promises from just a bottle of serum, so does it really do all that?
It’s really hard to believe that 2016 is coming to an end! This time of year is often stressful for a lot of people because they don’t know what they should gift their loved ones. Here are some beauty products that I personally would LOVE to find in my stocking and I’m sure a lot of your friends and family would too!
